Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase and welcome your feedback. Please note: All items are FINAL SALE. However, if products are defective or damaged due to our error, a refund or store credit can be issued upon review. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Within seven (7) days of the date received, a customer must email our Sales Team at sales@mesmerizebyjanelle.com with the order # (number), product(s) name, description of damage(s) and at least 3 photos of the damaged product(s). Our Sales Team will review the grievance and issue a determination within 48-72 hours.
RETURN PROCESS
If a "return product" determination is reached, our Sales Team will email a prepaid return label with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a label with RMA number, place the product(s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Note
All returned products, must be in new and unused condition,
with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
